How much does a care home place cost?

Please see our fees page for details, or contact us direct to discuss this further as each situation is different.

When can I visit?

There are no set visiting hours. You can visit at any time you want or need to.

My relative lives outside Sheffield will they have to go private?

No. We accept residents from anywhere in the UK that are funded by their own local council. If your relative lives outside Sheffield you can request that their Local Authority funds their care near to you in Sheffield. A care assessment will be carried out to see if they qualify for a funded place. This is based around Eligibility Criteria, details of which should be available from the Local Authority concerned. Please do contact us if you need to discuss this further.

How do you monitor resident and relatives’ satisfaction?

We carry out regular market survey questionnaires to ensure we maintain our own high standards in every area. Details of these are available on request. Should any concerns or complaints arise we investigate thoroughly and take any appropriate action deemed necessary.

Do you have a complaints procedure?

Yes. Concerns and complaints can be raised with any staff member at any time, or alternatively the Care Home Manager or Head Office can also be contacted. As above these would be investigated and action taken.

Are you regulated?

Yes. We are regulated and regularly inspected by the Government.

Are any trial visits provided?

Yes. free trial visits can be arranged (up to 48 hrs).
